Meet Rebecca L. Grammer, DMD, MD
Dr. Grammer is a native to the St. Louis area. She graduated from Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School in 2003. She attended Johns Hopkins University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Health Studies in 2007. While studying at Johns Hopkins, Dr. Grammer participated in research projects at the National Institutes of Health.
She attended Harvard School of Dental Medicine and completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2011. After dental school, she attended Harvard University/Massachusetts General Hospital Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency training program. She graduated from Harvard Medical School with her Doctor of Medicine degree in 2014 and completed her Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency in 2017. During her tenure at Harvard, Dr. Grammer authored several publications and book chapters, as well as presented her research at multiple national meetings. Dr. Grammer is excited to practice in her hometown and serve the St. Louis community.
She serves on the Alumni Board for Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School. She served three years on the Board of Directors of the Greater St. Louis Dental Society. She has lectured to local dentists on various Oral Surgery topics.
Dr. Grammer is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. She is a member of the Greater St. Louis Dental Society, the St. Louis Metropolitan Medical Society, the Missouri Dental Association, the Missouri State Medical Association, the American Dental Association, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Grammer is on staff at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis Children’s Hospital, and Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital.
